Kampfgruppe Sud
Just to whet your appetite even more, the 43rd Sturmpionier Bataillon is a member of a larger kampfgruppe with whom we fight at reenactment battles. The gruppe has two other main components: 1) 134. Infanterieregiment 'Hoch und Deutsche-Meister' out of Georgia; and 2) 116. Panzerdivision out of South Florida. We have many vehicles and about 60 men total in the kampfgruppe. We have: a 222 armored car; a krupp truck; a nebelwerfer; many motorcyle-sidecars; and two kuebelwagens. Pictures of the group in action will follow.
